It is very much hoped that you are pleased with your tie, never mind the good cause underpinning it. However, if it arrives damaged or you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund, or an exchange. It needs to be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

How to return a tie
Please package the tie securely and post it back to the address above.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the tie is faulty. Please use a tracked postal service.

Include a note saying if you want a refund or a replacement, and if the latter, to where you want that posted.

Replacement ties
If your tie was received damaged and you request a replacement, once it has been returned and examined, if faulty, then a new tie will be posted to you, usually within 3-5 working days (subject to stock levels).

Refunds
If you request a refund, once a returned tie has been received and examined, we’ll either contact you with any questions, or if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in 5–10 working days.
