People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments. Targeted, well-funded medical research is the only way to turn this into reality.

At PCR we advance ground breaking research and treatments to create a future where prostate cancer no longer threatens lives. Our focus is on delivering innovative solutions and improving quality of life for patients, families and communities affected by prostate cancer.

PCR is committed to expanding the scope of academic research, doubling our funding, and ensuring that high-potential projects receive the necessary support. We are also addressing critical social challenges, fostering collaboration, and promoting research that improves access to care and reduces health disparities.

Our translational arm, Proven Connect, drives the transformation of research into real-world treatments and diagnostics. We are building a portfolio of early-stage companies and partnering with investors to accelerate the development of new innovations, aiming to make impactful progress in prostate cancer care.

We are also actively engaging policymakers to secure support for key prostate cancer initiatives, including screening for high-risk groups. Our goal is to influence healthcare policy and ensure that the latest advances in prostate cancer care are accessible to all.

We bridge the gap between research and patients and through our patient engagement platforms we provide accessible information to help them make informed choices and improve their outcomes.

Through partnerships and collaboration across sectors, we are building a connected ecosystem that advances prostate cancer care. Our goal is to raise significant funds to support research and ensure that every patient has access to the best treatments and diagnostics available. We work closely with researchers and patients to maximise the impact of our funding.

Together, we can create a future where nobody has to fear losing a loved one to prostate cancer, so our charity is naturally extremely grateful to you for considering buying one of these ties, for members of the City’s Liveries and Guilds.
