We are striving for a world in which no man dies from prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men – one in eight get it, more in some communities.

We work to give every man the power to navigate it, by raising awareness, funding lifesaving research, campaigning for change and providing helpful support and information.

We help men to understand their level of risk of prostate cancer, fund wellbeing hubs, advice services with specialist nurses, helplines and support groups. All this support is offered nationwide, so men can make the right choices about treatment and access the expertise necessary to feel informed and in control.

We’ve also already invested over £100 million in funding the best researchers in the world to unravel the complexity of prostate cancer, so we can give men precise and personalised care with the right treatments at the right time, for the best chance of living the full life they want. Our research has driven some of the biggest breakthroughs in prostate cancer, from more accurate diagnoses, thanks to multiparametric MRI, to the world’s first precision medicine for prostate cancer.

The advances in testing, funded by our supporters, are blazing a trail towards a screening programme. Soon, every man at risk of prostate cancer could be invited for regular, accurate tests that can catch cancer early enough for a cure, saving thousands of our dads, partners, brothers and friends every year.

Everything we do is made possible by your generosity and support. So, “Thank you” for considering buying one of the milestone ties for members of the City of London’s Liveries and Guilds.
